Crown Jewelers was established in Pittsfield, Ma in 1977, and has remained at its current location in the Allendale Shopping Center. Crown Jewelers, an independent family owned business, has evolved into the reliable, well-respected, jewelry matriarch of Berkshire county. Owner and president, Tim Whalen, has always adhered to a strict business philosophy..."treat customers better than you expect to be treated; to include respect, honesty and impartiality". This simple, yet strong philosophy is a large part of the success of Crown Jewelers and why we have been in business for 31 years. Tim has been with Crown Jewelers for 25 years and is highly respected for his expertise and integrity. He, and his wife, Mary, along with five other employees, are the "Crown Jewelers Team", and are always ready to extend their knowledge and professionalism to each customer.
